I began my love of art by watching my mother paint in oils. Later, I studied under renown watercolor and mixed-media artists across the U.S. I am a long-time member of the Southwest Watercolor Society and have been selected to exhibit in their juried shows. Later, I studied under renown watercolor and mixed-media artists across the U.S. I am a long-time member of the Southwest Watercolor Society and have been selected to exhibit in their juried shows. Upon completion of my Fine Arts degree at the University of North Texas, I set out on a path of personal discovery that led me to where I continue to evolve today.

My artwork reflects the patterns of life which I observe on a daily basis while conveying my unique experiences, formal education and personal experimentation. I consider my work windows of observations while investigating unlimited media and images to create mood and to express my vision.
